A leading company seeks a junior travel coordinator/project manager to manage employee travel arrangements efficiently. Responsibilities include handling visa applications, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, a high school diploma, and preferably a bachelor's degree in business administration. Previous experience in corporate travel is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience in handling Visa applications (required)
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, working passes and visas.
Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Process and reconcile travel expenses and reimbursements.
Respond to travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Provide support for international and domestic travel planning.
Prepare and maintain reports on travel expenditures, budgets, and trends.
Assist with booking meetings and conferences as needed.
