Job summary

Key Responsibilities
Project Support
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Accounting Support
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to project activities.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage correspondence and communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for project-related documents.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial and project reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, project coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MS Project).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
