Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and development to execution and delivery.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project.
- Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Supervise throughout the entire project development, maintenance, and roll-out.
Research and Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape in the aviation industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for R&D projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create content for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Ad-Hoc Duties and Assignments:
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
