Project Assistant

Medpace Reference Laboratories (MRL), a sister company of Medpace, is a full-service central laboratory with locations in Cincinnati, Ohio; Leuven, Belgium; Shanghai, China; and Singapore. Position: Project Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

Our laboratory is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day departmental support to Project Management, such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples, and forms.
2. Perform data entry and updates.
3. Complete requests and follow up with requestors as needed.
4. Conduct quality checks of departmental documents.
5. Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Prior experience in a central laboratory is advantageous.
4. Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
