Our client, one of Singapore's established Architectural Consultancy Firm specializing in the design and development of Industrial Building projects, is seeking for talents for the position of(Senior) Project Architects.

Working Location :Central Area

Working Hours :5 Days (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Project Architect - Basic up to S$ 6,000

• Senior Level - Basic up to S$ 9,000

• Variable Bonuses

Job Responsibilities :

• To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects (For Senior).

• Direct design development towards architectural intent.

• Fulfil client and authorities’ requirements.

• Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.

• Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities

Job Requirements :

• Possess a recognised Degree in Architectural studies

• At least a minimum 5 years of Architectural experiences

• Good knowledge in design / client engagement and project management

• Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects

• Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations

• Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
