My client is a well-established Architecture Firm located at Central area.

Project Architect – Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective coordination, smooth project execution, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from conceptual design through to tendering, detailing, and final handover.
• Participate in team and project meetings, resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools, along with solid knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
• Experience in industrial typology of project.
