Job summary

A leading company in the process industry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site operations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring quality and compliance with schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in construction sites, particularly with Electrical Heat Tracing Systems.

Qualifications

• Able to read engineering drawings and prepare project progress reports.
• Experience with process industry construction sites preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Project planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all works on site.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
• Prepare and update all site reports and monitor progress of project.
• Ensure work requirements meet project submission and project schedule.
• Managing the work activities and performance of the sub-contractors, supervisors and workers.
• Liaise with subcontractors, relevant authorities and consultants.
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Able to read engineering drawings, P&ID, SLD, Piping Isometrics.
• Able to perform project management activities like project planning, scheduling.
• Able to prepare project progress reports.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Good engineering knowledge, organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to communicate clearly with team and project stakeholders.
• Experienced with process industry construction sites preferred.
• Prior working experience on Electrical Heat Tracing System will be advantageous.
