Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to sales enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads).
• Provide product knowledge, prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and liaise with vendors/third parties.
• Monitor project risks, financial constraints, and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain proper documentation, workflows, and progress tracking.
• Support and guide junior staff while fostering collaboration across teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and contribute to process improvements.
