From powering gaming tournaments and immersive events to building tools and platforms that serve the next-gen consumer, we are shaping experiences for gamers and youth communities across Southeast Asia.

We’re looking for a driven and creative Project and Operations Senior Executive – Digital Wallets to lead execution across our core verticals across key platforms and community touchpoints. You will be involved end-to-end across campaign execution, product rollouts, and benefits launches. This is a high-trust role where you will be executing the project, but also contribute ideas, shape discussions, and help us connect the dots across functions. You will work closely with leadership to move faster, operate smarter, and build something that truly resonates with the next-gen consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Ops Execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, product, rewards, and creative
  • Turn rough ideas and campaign briefs into clear timelines, checklists, and deliverables
  • Own trackers, Notion boards, docs, and drive task follow-through
  • Chase deadlines, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure rollouts happen on time

2. Strategic Support & Problem Solving

  • Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions
  • Help connect the dots across ideas, teams, and timelines
  • Offer perspectives, flag blind spots, and raise smart questions when reviewing strategies
  • Translate high-level ideas into grounded execution plans

3. Rewards & Loyalty Program Strategy

  • Design and contribute to the management of ArkForge’s loyalty and rewards initiatives.
  • Benchmark against market leaders (e.g. Seedly, Singsaver, ShopBack) to build best-in-class offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration, compliance, and performance of the program.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of the rewards system, including implementation, fulfilment, and day-to-day operations.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, marketing, compliance, and external partners to deliver initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Partner closely with community and content teams to activate reward benefits through online engagement and offline events.

5. User Acquisition, Community & Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive program sign-ups and user engagement.
  • Identify user personas and growth segments; drive acquisition strategy accordingly.
  • Build culturally relevant campaigns and on-the-ground activations that resonate with youth and gaming communities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key user growth and engagement metrics.
  • Support acquisition efforts through community-driven initiatives, activations, and on-the-ground campaigns.
  • Work closely with community and content teams to bring the benefits to life through activations, events, and online engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing ops, or campaign execution
  • Solid understanding of fintech, lifestyle, and youth audiences.
  • Data-savvy, creative thinker, and strong communicator.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Proven experience in building or managing rewards ecosystems or benefit programs is a plus.
  • Experience in growth, partnerships, or performance marketing is a plus.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Passion for gaming, esports, or youth culture.
  • Prior work involving partnerships, fintech products, or user acquisition strategies.
