A leading company in the F&B sector is seeking a Project Manager to lead renovation projects. The role encompasses project leadership, design oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while adhering to regulatory standards. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Leadership & Management
Lead and manage end-to-end renovation projects including new outlet setups, refurbishments, and upgrades.
Supervise and mentor project executives to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks.
Oversee the project timeline, budgeting, cost tracking, and quality control.
Anticipate and troubleshoot design or site-related issues promptly.
Design Oversight
Conceptualize, review, and approve interior design proposals, layouts, and drawings.
Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines, functional needs, and regulatory requirements.
Provide design direction and assist with 3D Max and AutoCAD drawings when necessary.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, mall management, consultants, and external vendors/contractors.
Lead site meetings, ensure clear communication of project goals, and facilitate smooth coordination among parties involved.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
Licensing & Compliance
Oversee submission and approval of relevant licenses and applications for renovation works.
Ensure projects adhere to local building codes, health & safety regulations, and company standards.
Maintenance & Operational Support
Supervise and review ongoing maintenance and ad-hoc repairs of existing outlets.
Ensure timely response to urgent repair matters to minimize operational disruptions.
Support the operational team with recommendations on design improvements and preventive maintenance.
Documentation & Reporting
Review and validate project reports, costing summaries, and design documentation submitted by the team.
Maintain proper records of asset management, quotations, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
