Aicadium is searching for aProject and Delivery Managerwho is passionate about AI & Machine Learning to join our development team and help lead Aicadium into new growth areas.

As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Team, you will use your extensive project management knowledge and skills to enhance the team’s
working process and provide direction and guidance. In this role, you will be instrumental in our planning and recourse allocation while working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are delivering world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall project management for software development projects, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders for effective end-to-end project execution
  

• Develop project plans to monitor and track progress; ensure resource availability and allocation
  

• Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and ensure technical feasibility
  

• Prepare project documentation e.g. meeting minutes, progress trackers, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  

• Maintain a repository for information/documents related to the project
  

• Monitor project progress and performance to check the successful completion of goals
  

• Provide project updates/status reporting on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
  

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  

• Manage changes to the project scope and schedule
  

• Perform other related duties as assigned
  

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• 6-10 years of working experience
  

• Has experience working in a project management function at well-known management consulting firms or system integrators – preferably with some experience working with government bodies
  

• Able to engage with senior-level stakeholders
  

• Effective in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders in a project
  

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Ideally with a basic understanding of financial services (in particular loan/financing sourcing, underwriting, monitoring, and reporting processes) and data / AI technologies
