- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document follow-ups.
- Help facilitate testing activities including test case preparation.
- Provide support in project reporting and status updates.
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms.

Requirements
- 2 or above years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology
- Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups
- Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management
- Provide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior management
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle
