Job description

We are seeking a meticulous Project Administrator to join our motivated team.

As a Project and Operations Administrative support of our team, this role is crucial in supporting the Project Managers to maintain effective and efficient application system operations and monitoring across our organization. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to provide value-added support and make a significant impact on our organization's technology projects and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison for Project Managers regarding augmented resources/interns administration, including requisition tracking, timesheet approvals, reflection reports, leave applications, etc.
  • Support Project Managers in hiring and onboarding/offboarding project team members – Security Clearance, Onboarding/offboarding checklist
  • Assist Project Managers with project administration activities, such as financial trackers and augmented resources renewal trackers
  • Support Project Managers in project and operational documentation and tracking (including pre-audit preparations for audits)
  • Track account and vulnerability compliance status and incidents. Prepare operational statistics, server utilization reports, and performance metrics for weekly operations meetings to ensure compliance with key risk indicators for projects and operations.

Requirements

  • A degree in business management, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Admin/PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player with meticulous, analytical, and writing abilities
