A leading interior solutions company is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support their Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing project documentation, coordinating with teams, and providing essential administrational support for various interior fit-out projects. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, experience in construction projects, and bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Senior Project Manager in the daily coordination and documentation of interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all project-related documentation and ensure proper filing and version control.
Prepare, track, and update project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports, and handover files.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and responses.
Provide full administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and project team.
Assist in tracking project schedules, procurement, site progress, and variation records.
Handle correspondence in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask under pressure.
Independent, dependable, and collaborative team player.
Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit-out environments is an added advantage.
