Job description


As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations which included but not limited to:

  • Work with project team to prepare program level decks and reports support project team in administrative tasks pertaining to billing and invoicing processes.
  • Support the end-to-end project management related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
  • Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed.



Job Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • With 2 or more years' experience in project administration and project management.
  • Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
  • Able to prepare PowerPoint meeting decks for timely submission to client and project management.
  • Possess excellent work ethic and able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Support team members to meet the overall team objectives.
