Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all administrative functions in the Project Delivery Team including catalog submission, operations maintenance manual, variations orders, permit to work (PTW) etc
  • Track project progress, update schedules, and flag any delays or issues for timely resolution
  • Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims to claims certification with main cons, end users, consultants etc
  • Assist with compliance to health & safety protocols and documentation on job sites
  • Maintain accurate project files, timelines, and budgets
  • Take pictures of completed project and update project references
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role; experience in AV, construction, or technical industries is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
