Oversees all general project administration.
Manages day-to-day communications including coordinating with internal and external personnel.
Key support to head of project.
Tracks, raises, and coordinates with operation team on purchase requests.
Manages project staff and workers’ welfare.
Prepares monthly workers’ report.
Supports technical team on document management, including submissions.
Min. Diploma in Business Administration or 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Able to work under a fast-paced environment.
