Comprising three waterfront gardens Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support the smooth operations of our Project Office and would like to invite suitably qualified candidates to join us.


DESIGNATION : Project Administrator (Bay East Project Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems for the Project Office that is set up to undertake the development of Bay East Garden. You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the office, proper construction project documentation and filing (both physical and digital), logistics arrangement, procurement and contract related matters. You will also be coordinating meetings, liaising with HQ on general corporate services matters as the Project Office representative and perform other administrative duties assigned from time to time. This position requires working at the project office, which is situated at the development site.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in an administrative or coordinate role, prior experience in the construction industry or site-based projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive) and ability to handle digital filing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and accurate, with good organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
