Job description

THE ROLE

Responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the constraints of time, quality, and budget by managing schedules, assignments, action plans, gathering necessary resources, and communicating progress to team members. We’d love to have you join our team!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps)
  2. Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  3. Create and update workflows
  4. Conduct risk analyses
  5. Prepare, vet, and submit documents to initiate projects
  6. Maintain and update document and record filing systems for incoming/outgoing documents
  7. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  8. Plan and order resources, such as equipment, materials, and manpower
  9. Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  10. Track expenses and forecast future costs
  11. Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  12. Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  13. Measure and report on project performance
  14. Act as the point of contact for project team members
  15. Support HR Executive with administrative tasks in developing a long-term HR manpower plan aligned with the company's growth plan
  16. Accountable for tabulating OT and other claims required for monthly payroll
  17. Perform any other duties as assigned that are not limited to the above responsibilities
