A leading interior solutions company in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to manage project documentation and support project teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, is bilingual in English and Mandarin, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position offers a 5.5-day working week.
Manage project-related documentation and ensure proper filing and version control.
Prepare, track, and update project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports, and handover files.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and responses.
Provide full administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
Assist in tracking project schedules, procurement, site progress, and variation records.
Handle correspondence in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
At least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit-out environments is an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to effectively liase with workers, supplier and other stakeholders (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask under pressure.
Independent, dependable, and collaborative team player.
