Job summary

A leading audiovisual company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their Project Delivery Team. This role involves tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, hold at least a diploma, and have experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably within the AV or construction industries. The role offers an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role; experience in AV, construction, or technical industries is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all administrative functions in the Project Delivery Team including catalog submission, operations maintenance manual, variations orders, permit to work (PTW) etc.
  • Track project progress, update schedules, and flag any delays or issues for timely resolution.
  • Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims to claims certification with main cons, end users, consultants etc.
  • Assist with compliance to health & safety protocols and documentation on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate project files, timelines, and budgets.
  • Take pictures of completed project and update project references.
