Job description

We are looking for adetail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Client team at ES Recruitment Pte Ltd. In this 1 year contract role, you will be supporting their team in managing recruitment, onboarding, and project operations whilst ensuring compliance with established processes.

1 year contract under employment agency payroll

Location: Novena, Revenue House

Salary range up to $4650 (depend on experience and company do not provide bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners to facilitate talent acquisition both locally and overseas
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate shortlisting to off-boarding, whilst coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Project Operations & Compliance

  • Partner with stakeholders to optimise resource allocation and maintain project financial controls
  • Ensure strict adherence to audit requirements, regulatory standards, and internal recruitment protocols
  • Monitor project timelines and maintain comprehensive tracking systems
  • Oversee asset and access management processes in collaboration with key stakeholders

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute timely status updates and monthly staffing reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation for PMO-related activities

Requirements:

  • Singaporean (Need to clear Project clearance and mandatory pre-employment check)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management skills
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and communication
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with Singapore government agencies is advantageous
  • Able to start work in short notice
  • Able to commit for a 1 year contract
