Job Description:

  • Tracking of procurement of equipment, materials and tools.
  • Handle project administrative works including progress claims, payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoices, etc.
  • Tracking of manpower deployment onsite and between projects.
  • Handle all other project administrative works which may be assigned by te project manager and engineers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary/equivalent certificate.
  • Minimum 2-years of working experience, preferably in construction related industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possessed organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
