Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate with internal designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Review and manage design drawings and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.
Ensure all works comply with brand standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct site meetings, monitor work progress, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials based on project needs.
Identify potential risks and implement measures to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Requirements
Candidate with 2 to 3 years or more of relevant experience in project or construction management, especially in interior fit-out for retail or commercial spaces are welcome to apply.
Immediate availability or short notice is a plus.
