An outsourcing firm is looking for a dedicated individual to support the daily concierge operations of a government tech facility in Singapore. Job description

Support the daily concierge operations of a government tech facility, ensuring smooth office access, security, administration, and maintenance.

Location: Nearest MRT, Redhill (Or other locations base on operation's needs)

Working Hours: Rotating shifts, including opening and closing hours
Contract Duration: 30 months
Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage office access and submit security clearance requests
• Administer office operations – asset tracking, carpark applications, onboarding/offboarding, resource booking
• Conduct office checks, ensure visitor management and compliance
• Oversee fire drills, power interruptions, and safety events
• Coordinate with facility vendors for repairs and attend building meetings

Requirements

• Singaporean
• GCE O/N Level or Diploma
• 2–3 years of administrative or counter service experience
• Able to commit to rotating shifts (punctuality is essential)
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), able to handle basic reporting
• Comfortable working onsite and supporting operational tasks, be a team player and bring a positive work environment experience to the company
