Responsibilities:
  • Explain the project overview to new onboarding members.
  • Define project administrative rules and document them in English.
  • Monitor documents related to project progress and issues.
  • Aggregate project status and visualize with charts.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as: Billing to the client and Payment processing to subcontractors
  • Support project onboarding processes.
  • Help define and enforce project rules.
  • Provide general project support, including progress and issue tracking.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in any field.
  • Min. 3 years' of relevant project admin / support working environment.
  • Experience in administrative or PMO work for a system implementation project involving more than 10 people.
  • Experience in system implementation projects as a PMO or in an administrative role.
  • Available to commence work by June 2025.
  • Business experience in the relevant industry and functional areas, with team management experience and strong communication and coordination skills are a plus.
