Job summary
A drilling company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide site support and manage documentation. Responsibilities include preparing meeting minutes, daily reports, and assisting in procurement. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business Admin/ Engineering and have prior construction admin experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.

- Reports to Project Manager, Senior Site Coordinator and Senior Site Engineer
- Attend all meetings as and when required and prepare the minutes of meetings.
- Compile and prepare daily reports.
- Distribute to all relevant parties.
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel: Compiling Materials DOs, Invoices including office stationery.
Compile progress photos and reports.
Maintain office filing system including e filing to main office server.
Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain Direct Workers time cards and manpower records.
Maintain records of Utilities Consumption- Diesel, water, electricity - Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
- Ensure that all materials ordered for the project are per the approved technical submissions.
- 5.5 Days Work Week
Requirement:
- Diploma or NITEC in Business Admin / Engineering / Construction-related fields
- Prior experience in construction admin preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, document control, and MOM/BCA processes
- Able to work independently at site and handle multitasking
