about the job

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee the end-to-end financial activities for various ongoing projects. Your core responsibilities will include Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and project-level financial reporting. You will work closely with project managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, timely invoicing, collections, and budget compliance. Additionally, you will prepare and present project-specific financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses to support decision-making. You will also support month-end close activities, perform reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements to enhance the project accounting framework.

Skills and experience required

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with professional accreditation
  • Relevant years of experience, preferably in a project-based or multi-entity environment
  • Proven knowledge of AP/AR processes, project costing, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive mindset
