A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Progressive Tools Toolmaker to perform assembly, maintenance, and technical support for press tools. The role requires experience in metal stamping and the ability to interpret technical drawings to enhance production efficiency.

• Experience in a manufacturing production environment, especially in metal forming or stamping.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing tools.
• Provide technical support to the production line.

Job description

• Metal Stamping House (Progressive Tools Toolmaker)
• Work Day : 4 days work week
• Working Hours : Morning shift 7am to 7pm, Night shift 7pm to 7am
• Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500

The Role:

• Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.
• Perform servicing and repair of tools to support production needs.
• Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support production.
• Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.
• Monitor spares usage and highlight to Engineer when stock run low.
• Propose practical ideas to increase on performance & efficiency of tools.
• Any other duties assigned by superior and / or management.

What are we looking for?

• Experienced with manufacturing production working environment such as metal forming or metal stamping.
• Able to read technical drawings
