Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dependable Part-Time Programme Supporter to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our outreach and engagement efforts, including participating in bundling activities, conducting preschool talks, and assisting in various events and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing bundling activities in designated locations.
  • Conduct engaging and informative preschool talks to parents, educators, and community members.
  • Support the planning, setup, and coordination of events, outreach programmes, and exhibitions.
  • Act as a friendly and professional representative of the organisation during public interactions.
  • Provide logistical and on-the-ground support during events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach efforts.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in community engagement, early childhood education, or events support is an advantage.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small to medium-sized groups.
  • Outgoing, personable, and able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including some mornings or afternoons, depending on event needs.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
