Job summary

A reputable organization seeks an Admin Specialist to assist in event coordination and provide administrative support. The role involves managing event details, tracking registration, and collaborating with external partners. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with prior experience in events being advantageous. This 8-month contract role offers essential exposure to event management and a dynamic work environment, with occasional weekend duties expected.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in events coordination or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable supporting events on occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, trainers, and partners on event details and scheduling.
  • Manage event publicity and send out eDMs/push notifications twice a month.
  • Track event registration, attendance, and feedback for reporting.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including occasional Saturdays.
  • Maintain FAQs and assist in event audits as needed.
  • Update sales kits and support cross-promotion of events quarterly.
  • Collate vendor documents post-event for invoicing and update budget records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Location: Outram Park

Salary: $2500 per month

Working Hours: Mon-Thu(830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Contract Duration: 8 months (Subjected to extensions)

Job Scope:

  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, trainers, and partners on event details and scheduling.
