Job summary

A dynamic company is seeking an administrative support professional to join its Programme and Learning Services team. This role involves managing course administration, providing logistical support for courses and events, and ensuring smooth operations by handling enrolments, customer inquiries, and payment tracking. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum diploma and have at least one year of relevant experience, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of admin or event coordination experience.
  • Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support for assessments, courses and events.
  • Manage course administration, including enrolment from learners and organisations.

Job description

Join our Programme and Learning Services team to support the smooth delivery of courses and events. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support, handling enrolment processing and learner assistance, coordinating with Programme Managers on daily operations, attending to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries, and tracking invoices, refunds, and appeals.

Location: Nearest MRT, Tiong Bahru
Working Hours:

Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,900/month
Attire: Office Wear
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and support for assessments, courses and events
• Manage course administration, including enrolment from learners and organisations
• Ensure smooth course/event execution in coordination with internal teams
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and refunds
• Provide support to ensure seamless class operations
• Attend to general enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Preferably 1 year of admin or event coordination experience
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good written communication skills
