Programme Support Executive (4.5-Month Contract)

Location: 8 minutes walk from Buona Vista MRT Station

Contract Duration: 4.5 months
Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: SGD2,000 - SGD2,650

About the Role

A government-affiliated institution is seeking a Programme Support Executive to assist in the administration and delivery of training programmes, seminars, and study visits for international delegates, including Mandarin-speaking participants.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment with cross-cultural engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and logistical support for training programmes and events
  • Manage room bookings, training materials, registration, and course evaluations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor management, and event setup
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and track course revenue/expenses
  • Handle timely invoicing and payments to trainers, vendors, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with internal service standards and support unit operations
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking participants when needed
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of relevant admin or logistics experience
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, including typing with Chinese input methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
