Job description

Looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support the operations and programming of the university's scholars programme for business undergraduates. This role is essential in delivering administrative, academic, and logistical support to scholars, contributing to a smooth and enriching student experience.

Details:
Location: West
Duration: 6 months contract
Working Days/Hours: Mon- Thurs: 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.15pm
Pay: up to $4500

Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for the scholars programme, including curriculum coordination, course enrolment, internship placement, and international exchange planning.
• Maintain active engagement with students through regular communication, updates, and involvement in programme activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to organise academic and enrichment initiatives.
• Oversee logistical aspects of scholars’ events and activities, such as venue reservations, transportation arrangements, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist with data management and generate reports related to student enrolment, academic progress, and programme participation.
• Support the daily administration of the scholars programme and undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
Singaporean Only
Min. Degree in any discpline
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to handle large volume of data and administrative processes
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
