Job description

Organisation Overview:

We’re a nonprofit startup! It’s like being on a new adventure everyday. You’ll get to wear many hats, tackle unexpected challenges, and see the direct impact of your work. In the age of AI, it’s increasingly important for fresh grads to be resourceful and resilient. This is the place to learn it first-hand. We’re a coaching organisation, so your personal growth matters to us. Oh, and our core work is to match students with success coaches.

Brief Description:

If you dislike following SOPs, this is for you! Because you get to design things on your own! We’re starting a programme called Ride The Wave , to encourage youth to navigate the ups and downs of life. Learn first-hand how to create efficient and impactful processes that underpin the success of a programme and benefit its participants. As the saying goes, “Having a goal only tells you where to go; having a system enables you to achieve it.” Learn how to create a system, and evaluate it for effectiveness! This will make you an asset in any job in future! Work under the guidance of a former director in the civil service, who's happy to give you a good testimonial for good work.

We have 3 internship positions! Please note: We will prioritise people who qualify for the Youth Corps Community Internship (YCCI) https://www.youthcorps.gov.sg/whats-new/youth-corps-community-internship

Also, not looking for someone who just wants to intern for a month. Can't learn much in a month, folks.

  • Test the resources, gather feedback and finetune further.
  • You are also free to propose topics for research and development that are of interest to you, as long as they align with coaching and the growth mindset!
