Job description

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Programme Management Assistant Manager to join a well-established executive education team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end programme management and delivery of professional training and executive education programmes. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and engaging learning experience for participants while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full programme cycle — from customer enquiries, lead management, course application processing, funding compliance paperwork, to programme execution.

  • Act as the main liaison between course participants, faculty, industry partners, vendors, and internal teams such as IT, Finance, and Operations.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Handle multiple programmes, tight deadlines, and high volumes of applications with strong prioritisation and time management skills.

  • Manage on-site programme delivery and quickly address any operational issues or unexpected situations that may arise.

  • Adapt to online and hybrid learning modes when required, with proficiency in platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  • Ensure funding and compliance paperwork align with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) guidelines.

  • Analyse programme data to generate operational insights and support decision-making.

  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and propose ideas to enhance efficiency and service standards.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, event coordination, customer service, or administrative support — preferably in a corporate training, education, or large organizational setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and pleasant demeanour.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.

  • Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding frameworks would be an advantage.

Why Apply?
  • Be part of a reputable executive education team supporting impactful leadership and management programmes.

  • Collaborative, supportive, and dynamic working environment.
