Job summary

Hatch Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Intern to support the coordination and delivery of Hatch's Academy programmes. You will work with the Academy team on logistics, learner engagement, and outcome tracking to ensure smooth operations and positive learner experiences.

This role offers hands-on exposure to how educational programmes are designed, delivered, and improved in the social sector, with a flexible 3–6 month internship, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, in Singapore.

About the role

As a Programme Intern, you'll support the coordination and delivery of Hatch's Academy programmes, ensuring smooth operations, positive learner experiences, and effective programme execution. You'll work closely with the Academy team on programme logistics, learner engagement, and outcome tracking, gaining hands-on exposure to how educational programmes are designed, delivered, and continuously improved in the social sector.

Details

• Stipend: from SGD600-SGD1000/month
• Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible, based on agreement)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

The team

You'll join our Academy team, part of a warm, collaborative, people-first environment where your ideas are genuinely welcomed.

What you'll do

• Programme coordination and logistics: scheduling, materials, documentation, timeline tracking
• Learner support and engagement: serving as a point of contact, collecting feedback, monitoring progress, supporting placement
• Facilitation support during workshops and events
• Contributing ideas for curriculum and delivery improvement
