An organization focused on senior services in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator. This role involves planning and organizing activities for seniors, managing volunteers, and ensuring smooth logistics and data collection. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Psychology or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior activity centre. Strong planning and organizing skills, along with being energetic and self-motivated, are essential for this position.
About The Role
1. Plan and organise programmes and activities for seniors.
2. Ensure the logistics are adhered to before and after the programme.
3. Assist in volunteer management and development.
4. Ensure smooth collation of data collection and monitor service standards.
5. Coordinate with corporations, institutions and agencies on projects.
6. Assist in furnishing all enquiries.
7. Plan for outreach programmes.
8. Be involved in any other initiatives and corporate events.
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Community and Social Services or related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in Senior Activity Centre.
Core Competencies:
Energetic and self-motivated with a passion to serve the seniors.
A team player and preferably bilingual.
Strong planning, organising and administrative skills.
