Be able to integrate marketing and social media management skills to assist the organization in establishing a strong online presence.
Responsible for developing social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, implementation schedules, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
Manage the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for the various programmes, including media monitoring to identify, suggest and create content based on community updates and relevant entrepreneurship trends.
Assist and support in creating multimedia content/campaigns consistent with the objectives and branding of various programmes (EDMs, posters, videos, reels, other marketing collaterals).
Promote and cover events organized by the team (info sessions, networking sessions, etc.).
Assist with research, administrative and/or logistical support as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is an hourly-rated position.
Diploma holders with at least 3-5 years working experience.
Recent degree holders who graduated within the past 1-2 years are also welcome to apply.
Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Understanding of brand identity, positioning, and guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging and visual elements across all communication channels.
Strong writing skills to create engaging content for various mediums, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, marketing collaterals, etc., and video editing skills.
Proficient in using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create visually appealing content.
