Job summary

A leading club in Singapore is seeking a Lifestyle Activity Coordinator to organize and manage various lifestyle events. This role involves communicating with members, overseeing activities, and ensuring smooth operations of events. Candidates should hold a diploma in Events Management or Sports Management and have several years of event planning experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Events Management, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in planning and executing successful events.

Job description

What you will be doing

  • Responsible to the Head of Department /Supervisor, and Chairpersons/Convenors, on all matters pertaining to administration of the lifestyle activity in charge.
  • Source for trendy activities to organize for the Club members. Work within the budget approved and as far as possible.
  • Manage all communication matters including enquiry on any lifestyle activities.
  • Responsible for the overall organization of lifestyle activity in charge and maintain proper records of Club’s events and its participants.
  • Market and develop strategies to promote the lifestyle activities and increase participation rate.
  • Source for sponsorship and new partners for the Club for members to enjoy different experience at a competitive price.
  • Responsible for the billing of activity participated by members.
  • Supervise designated staff under their charge if any.
  • Ensure smooth operations of section/outlet in-charged.
  • Plan yearly calendar of event for lifestyle activity in charge and work out overall budget
  • Any other duties related to Sports and Lifestyle department as and when assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma in Events Management, Sports Management, or a related discipline, with at least 3–4 years of relevant experience in planning and executing successful events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, independent, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-driven individuals who demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a proactive approach in delivering excellent service to Club stakeholders.
  • Ability to be present at Club events, including those held on weekends and public holidays, to oversee and manage on-site activities as required.
