Job description

Highlights:

Nearest MRT: Upper Changi
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: $2,700/month
Duration: 12-month contract

Job Scope:

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance on career-related matters and available resources.

  • Develop user-friendly guides, templates, and materials to improve the career support experience.

  • Enhance work processes and support key performance outcomes through active tracking and coordination.

  • Assist in planning and implementing career programmes and initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and event coordination.

  • Design and distribute communication materials to raise awareness of available support resources.

  • Support job placement efforts by sharing job leads, responding to queries, and maintaining records.

  • Contribute to broader organizational initiatives and cross-team projects as required.

  • Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

  • High initiative with good problem-solving ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva (or similar tools)

  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and plan effectively
