The d’Klub Mentoring Programme is one of our flagship initiatives, aimed at fostering positive development in children and youths through mentorship, life skills, and meaningful relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Volunteer Management
- Responsible to contact the new volunteers for orientation and training session.
- Responsible to conduct orientation and relevant training to the volunteers
- Responsible to deploy and schedule volunteers for each d’klub centre
- Responsible to maintain regular communication with volunteers on the updates of d’klub programmes by sending weekly circular and weekly lesson plans to volunteers
- Responsible to plan and execute annual volunteers’ retreat
- Conduct ongoing evaluation of the programs and services delivered by volunteers and implement improvements as necessary
- Responsible to prepare an incident report on any Volunteers’ disciplinary matters
d’Klub Programme
- Responsible to engage children and volunteers for tuition and character building lesson
- Responsible to design and execute the curriculum and/or character building lessons with volunteers
- Responsible to plan and implement outings and/or learning activities to boost children & volunteers’ capacity and ability
- Responsible to conduct home visits to assess the beneficiaries’ family and to evaluate the progress of the beneficiaries, and prepare home visit reports
- Responsible to coordinate and work closely with school principal/vice-principal/ school counsellor
- Responsible to follow up on irregular attendance with the beneficiaries’ parents and to ascertain if the beneficiaries should continue with the programme.
- Maintain up-to-date records of beneficiaries and volunteers, including emergency contact lists
Other Duties
- Provide administrative support to beneficiaries in submitting financial assistance application to relevant agencies, if required
- Be a team player in supporting programmes under Care Youth Department
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head, Care Family Services (Care Youth)

- Meticulous, well organized and diligent in handling youth administrative duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Requirements
Academic qualification & experience
- Degree holder (preferably in social sciences)
- At least 1-year experience in community services and/or working with youths & children
Position Summary
The Programme Executive will support the d’Klub Mentoring Programme, focusing on mentoring services, including centre management, volunteer coordination, and programme development. The role also includes general administration support for other departmental programmes. This role requires full-day availability on Saturdays.
