Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking a Programme Executive (CCPS) to provide operational, compliance, and data support across multiple FSC programmes. You will help with intake, enquiry management, and data-driven process improvements to support service delivery.

The role focuses on data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance programme performance and outcomes for clients in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis support to FSC programmes, activities and events (Casework, Groupwork, Community Work, Supervision, Research).
• Support compliance with FSC standards and processes (SSR, Accreditation).
• Handle intake and enquiry duties as part of 50% of the job scope.
• Offer data-driven insights to improve programme operations and service delivery.
• Assist with programme planning and ongoing task follow-up.

Programme Executive (CCPS) Job Description

Job Purpose: The Program Executive provides operational, compliance, and data support to the programmes, including Casework, Groupwork, Community Work, Supervision, and Research. The role involves intake and enquiry management, programme planning, process improvement, and support for service group initiatives. The Program Executive also contributes to compliance with FSC standards and ensures data-driven insights inform programme operations and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Compliance and data analysis:
  • Data analysis support to key FSC programmes, activities and events (ie: Casework, Groupwork, Community Work, Supervision, Research)
  • To support in compliance to key FSC required standards and processes (SSR, Accreditation etc)
  • To undertake intake and enquiry role duties as part of 50% of job scope Dont know what its supposed to mean
  • To provide solutioning to FSC process improvement areas as identified by FSC management or key practice personnel.
  • To provide support to service group level initiatives involving data analysis and process improvement.
• Enquiry and Intake:
  • To attend to client walk-ins and stakeholder referrals for FSC intervention
  • To undertake FSC enquiry and intake process to ascertain service fit and service need of walk-ins and referrals
  • To undertake professional social work documentation of intake calls or sessions
• Programme support:
  • To work in a programme team to undertake programme planning and operations of the programme
  • To have close followup on ongoing tasks and directions of programme running

Requirements

• To have strong inclination towards big data management and data analyze
• To be able to draw links between practice seen and data analyzed
• To be able to present complex data augmented to stakeholders (internal and external) at different level of understanding
• To have strong inclination towards problem solving and process improvement
• To work well with individuals and in teams, both at management and line staff levels.
• To be well versed or have potential to undertake change management
• To be able to work well in complex environment, with multiple stakeholders (internal and external organization) drawing in multiple datas, context and perspectives.
• To have proficient ability in word, excel functionality and data presentation tools and platforms.
• To multitask on various ongoing portfolio of various FSC programmes, with accuracy, timeliness and meticulousness
• To have interest, capacity and compassion to work with FSC clientele and their accompanying issues
• To have emotional maturity and capacity to manage FSC clientele types and nature of the FSC work
• To have strong ability to learn on the job and transfer learnings across context and
