Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate Off Site Partnership courses for special needs students. This role involves planning, marketing, and providing support to enhance the educational experience of trainees. You will work closely with partners, alumni, and various stakeholders to ensure successful course delivery and job placement assistance. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma required with a passion for community improvement.
  • Experience in the Special Educational sector is a plus.

  • Plan and run Off Site Partnership courses with partners.
  • Provide support to a class of special needs in OSP courses.
  • Submit monthly reports to Alumni Manager/Deputy Director.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and run Off Site Partnership (OSP) courses with partners
  2. Sign-up process to all OSP courses by APSN Students/Trainees/Alumni
  3. Provide support to a class of special needs in OSP courses
  4. Marketing and Branding for OSP courses
  5. Work with Alumni Team to facilitate training/job placement if needed
  6. Meet OSP course partner’s expectation
  7. Submit monthly reports to Alumni Manager/Deputy Director
  8. Assist in the Alumni Services Programmes Projects
  9. Assist in assessment of the alumni
  10. Prepare for audits, inventory management and continuous improvement projects
  11. Ensure administrative duties for activities/courses are discharged
  12. Work with stakeholders that include trainees, their families, partners, Allied Professional, Job Coaches, instructors and alumni team
  13. Assist Deputy Director/Alumni Manager in other duties, as and when required

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma, and be able to perform one or more of the following:
  2. Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of others in the community
  3. Take initiative and believe in creative thinking
  4. Good communication skills, team player and presentation skills
  5. Able to work independently and as a team
  6. Experience in Special Educational sector is a plus
  7. Must be able to work on weekends
