Job summary
APSN LTD. is looking for a dedicated individual to enhance the lives of special needs alumni through planning activities and providing support. The role includes marketing, managing courses, and facilitating training or job placements. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum diploma and have a passion for making a community impact while demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Passionate about improving lives in the community.
- Experience in the special educational sector is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run activities/courses with partners.
- Provide support for class of special needs activities.
- Assist in Alumni Services Programmes Projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and run activities/courses with partners
- Sign-up process to all activities/course by APSN Alumni
- Provide support to a class of special needs activities/courses
- Marketing and Branding for activities/courses
- Work with Alumni Team to facilitate training/job placement if needed
- Meet activities/courses partner’s expectation
- Submit monthly reports to Alumni Manager/Deputy Director
- Assist in the Alumni Services Programmes Projects
- Assist in assessment of the alumni
- Prepare for audits, inventory management and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure administrative duties for activities/courses are discharged
- Work with stakeholders that include trainees, their families, partners, Allied Professional, Job Coaches, instructors and alumni team
- Assist Deputy Director/Alumni Manager in other duties, as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, and be able to perform one or more of the following:
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of others in the community
- Take initiative and believe in creative thinking
- Good communication skills, team player and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Experience in Special Educational sector is a plus
- Must be able to work on weekends
