Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Report to designated academic operations head and working with program head

  2. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes

  3. Liaise with academic staff, students, and external partners on scheduling, curriculum updates, and program requirements

  4. Manage student records, attendance tracking, and assessment submissions

  5. Organize orientation, examination logistics, graduation, and other program-related events

  6. Handle student enquiries and provide timely assistance on academic matters

  7. Assist in prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documents for accreditation and regulatory audits

  8. Ensure academic policies and procedures are adhered to according to institution and academic partners polices

  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for program enhancement

  10. Assist with marketing and promotion of academic programmes when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Business, Business Process or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrations, operations and compliance, those with academic administration or training programme coordination and with knowledge of Skillsfuture and EDUTRUST requirements has an advantage (fresh graduates may be considered)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with student management systems is an advantage
