Mock Exam – OSCE

• Liaison person between CFPS and Sponsoring Institutions for arrangement of Mock Exam (OSCE)

• Student management for Mock Exam (OSCE)

Live Broadcast of Modular Workshops

• Coordinate live broadcast for hybrid sessions

• Liaise with chairpersons and resource persons

• Liaise with training faculty on workshop logistic arrangement and programme flow

• Organise briefing for stakeholders involved in the live broadcast

• Work with media team on live broadcast

• Arrange honorarium payment for chairpersons and resource persons

Retakers Group

• Manage registration and payment for trainees retaking module(s) / course(s)

• Programme coordination for retakers group

• Handle enquiry and student management of retakers group

Honorarium Payment

• Track and arrange honorarium payment for:

  • Tutors

  • Resource Persons

  • Faculty members

  • Programme Director / Associate Programme Directors

Support the various training faculty in ensuring smooth operation of the training programme

Any other tasks assigned by the Management
