Join aLife Limited, a secular, non-profit organization supporting women and families, helping women with unplanned pregnancies. We are looking for a proactive and community-focused Programme Executive to drive our outreach efforts, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Expand Outreach
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare institutions, social service agencies, schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Connect with diverse community groups, individuals, and potential beneficiaries to promote aLife’s programmes.
- Organize events, workshops, and outreach sessions to raise awareness and increase participation.
- Market programmes and collaborate actively with partner organizations.
- Communicate aLife’s mission through compelling content, social media, and community channels.
- Develop, update, and manage public-facing platforms (e.g. website, newsletters, social media) to engage and inform the community.
Increase Capabilities
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate volunteers to support programmes and outreach initiatives.
- Apply for grants and funding to support programme operations and sustainability.
- Oversee programme implementation to ensure they are aligned with aLife’s mission and values, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a wide network of programme partners, service providers, and volunteers to strengthen support systems.
Risk Management & Administration
- Continuously improve programme design and manage associated risks and quality standards.
- Draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for programme implementation.
- Oversee administrative duties, including documentation, tracking of grants, and funds related to programmes and events.
- Monitor programme budgets, ensure compliance, and report on fund usage.
- Coordinate scheduling and planning of activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery of programmes.
