A non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide onsite support and assist in coordinating events and programs for children and families affected by cancer. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in program coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools is preferred. Strong team players with excellent communication and time management skills are ideal for this role.

Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for maintenance and operations of direct services, including evening and weekend work as needed, up to 3 times per week.
Support planning and coordination of events and programmes for children, youth, and families.
Assist in administrative and logistic matters, such as budget maintenance, report preparation, and material procurement.
Collaborate with community partners to maximize programme opportunities and resource sourcing.
Create and design collaterals for programmes and services.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Community Services.
1-2 years of proven experience in coordinating programs.
Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; preferably, knowledge in design and design tools like Photoshop, Wix, or Canva.
Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
