As a Program Executive, you’ll play a key role in outreach, care coordination, and community engagement to promote mental wellness and support those in need. If you’re a proactive team player with a heart for mental health, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Roles & Responsibilities
Programme Planning & Implementation
- Plan, implement, and oversee outreach initiatives, care processes, referrals, and follow-up workflows to ensure individuals receive the right support.
- Document and evaluate programme progress to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop service planning documents and operational manuals, including setup requirements and process guidelines for the CREST programme.
Community Engagement & Outreach- Conduct needs assessments to identify service gaps and enhance mental health support within the community.
- Build partnerships and collaborate with agencies, organizations, and community groups to co-develop and implement mental wellness programmes.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and community needs to inform service improvements.
- Conduct outreach to corporates and community organizations to promote mental wellness, raise awareness, and share relevant resources.
- Organize and facilitate education and training programmes to enhance knowledge of mental health and coping strategies.
Client Support & Care Coordination- Conduct mental health screenings using validated assessment tools to support early intervention.
- Provide care coordination and service linkages for identified clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support from referral to follow-up.
- Offer mental health information and emotional support to at-risk individuals and their caregivers.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and re-evaluations to ensure continued well-being.
- Provide clinical supervision to team members.
Data Management & Reporting- Compile, analyze, and maintain data to track programme impact and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to enhance service delivery.
Candidate Profile- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a Master’s degree in Psychology from a recognised university.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the mental health, social services, or community outreach sector.
- Experience in supervising a small team and providing guidance or clinical supervision to team members.
- A strong interest in mental health advocacy and supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
- Good communication skills to engage with different stakeholders and build meaningful connections.
- The ability to provide basic emotional support to clients and caregivers.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing programs and working both independently and within a team.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision in mental health settings is highly valued.
